Our
pediatric
gastroenterology
program
is
designed
to
give
both
the
child
and
the
family
techniques
to
succeed
with
new
feeding
skills
and
achievement
of
independence.
Patients
and
families
undergo
a
comprehensive
assessment
to
determine
a
treatment
plan
based
on
their
unique
needs.
A
team
of
specialists
including
physicians,
speech/language
pathologists,
psychologists,
dietitians,
occupational
therapists
and
others
work
closely
together.
Our
team
works
to
ensure
that
your
child
returns
home
medically
stable
with
healthy
eating
habits.
We
make
every
effort
to
include
a
child's
family
during
his
or
her
treatment.
Our
experienced
staff
helps
teach
the
family
about
their
child's
condition
and
how
to
manage
symptoms
at
home.
In
addition
to
learning
medical
and
therapeutic
care,
they
can
participate
in
patient
care
conferences
with
other
members
of
the
treatment
team.
When
the
child
leaves
the
program,
family
members
are
well-equipped
to
handle
most
medical
or
behavioral
situations
at
home.
